   1  Yamoon - Yet Another Monitoring Tool

   4  The Yamoon is a very simple monitoring tool. You
   5  can create companies (as groups) and than insert
   6  probes joining hosts to services.

   8  You can monitor as many services as you want for
   9  each host, each new pair service-host will be a
  10  unique probe.

  12  That probe will run as many times you define at
  13  the crontab. You don't have to be root to run
  14  the update script, just assure you have access
  15  to the database.

  17  For each probe may be created 3 MRTG graphics.
  18  'Status', that measure up or down status of
  19  each service, 'Delay' as the time that the
  20  probe took to run and 'Quality', a special
  21  purpose regular expression to monitor your
  22  probes' quality.
